One of the feet on my Thule roof bars seized, and inspite of extensive effort could not be fixed. I contacted a couple of local dealers who proved to be of zero use or interest in helping me

A great enthusiastic guy, whom understood my problem immediately, it wasn’t easy as I had purchased the Thule roof bars 9 years oars ago from another dealer. This made no difference to Sean, and he had worked. For Big Bear for a number of years and although my roof bar feet were now obsolete, he reassured me that the new replacement feet would still fit my existing roof bars.
This was mostly negotiated on WhatsApp which is a great way to do business. The order was processed within minutes, and the order placed and paid for with no fuss.
The delivery was made today 08/10/2026, just 2 days. The cost of the delivery was very reasonable

Just purchased an Anseems GT750 201 VT1 from Sean at Big Bear Trailers and I must say the service received was second to none.
Sean offered me great advice on which trailer would meet my needs and some practical tips once I got it home.
The pricing of the trailer was similar to other retailers but the warm, friendly and knowledgeable support from Sean sealed it for me.
